At Top Shelf Waterfowl, every hat goes through a hands-on process to make sure it meets our Top Shelf standards. Every once in a while, a hat falls just short not because of quality, but due to small imperfections. These hats still have the same great feel and durability, they’re just slightly imperfect, so we offer them at a lower price.
